Are you a Data Processor?For the MIS data shared with us via Wonde we are the Data Processor.

What data do you collect?We collect as much MIS data as you decide, after all it is your data. Obviously in order for Tide Education to work there is a minimum amount of data that we require, such as Student name and a unique identifier, such as UPN, the details of which can be found in our GDPR Statement and Privacy Policy. You can manage the MIS data you share with us via Wonde.

Where do you store and process the data?All storage and processing of your data is undertaken in the UK or EEA. More specifically we use Amazon Web Services (AWS) eu-west-2 London.

Does Tide Education cover safeguarding?The simple answer is no. Tide Education is not design as a safeguarding tool. Tide Education is for all the other interventions that schools put in place to support students..

How does Tide Education work?With Tide Education each school can create bespoke interventions that are specific to the cohort. These can then be created for students using the Tide Education Mobile App (iOS or Android). We recognised that the school day is extremely busy, so we've created a mobile app that enables teacher and pastoral leaders to create the intervention in the palm of their hand, when and where it happens. Supporting this is the Desktop App, where the interventions can be configured and the detailed analysis can take place.

How can do I download all my schools interventions?We are currently developing our download page, enabling you to set the date fields and download the interventions. Whilst we are working on this, please just drop us an email at info@tide.education and we'll get in touch to discuss what you need.

How can I connect to the Tide Education API?If your School or Trust is already using cloud services to collate and analyse your data you can contact us at info@tide.education; please title your email 'API Connection' and we will get in touch to discuss. Our API documentation is comprehensive and we can support you with setting this up.

How do I setup Tide Education?In our Desktop App you will find a series of guides that take you through the process step by step. If you still need support you can contact us via the link on the Desktop App; and we'll get back you as soon as we can.

The mobile app is not working.If you are having issues in either of the mobile apps (iOs or Android) please contact us at info@tide.education, using the title of 'Support', providing as much information as possible and we'll look into for you. You can keep track of what we are working on via the Desktop App as it's not always possible to provide updates at an individual level.

How can I become a Tide Education Partner?We are always happy to discuss partnerships, whether that is with a School, Multi Academy Trust or another EdTech provider, so please do get in touch, we'd love to hear from you.
